UP Government post-matric scholarships cover full or partial tuition for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and Minority categories. BIPE also offers merit-based waivers of 25–50% for high JEECUP ranks and 10–25% for Class 10 toppers. Many BIPE students pay much less than the published fee.
Refunds follow AICTE norms: 100% (less ₹1,000) if you withdraw 15+ days before classes start, 90% within 15 days, 80% within the first 15 days of classes (if the seat is filled), 50% after that, and no refund after 30 days. Refunds are processed within 30 working days.
Yes — for boys. BIPE currently runs a boys' hostel block on campus with a resident warden, staffed gates, visitor registration, fire safety, anti-ragging measures and a 9:30 PM curfew (extendable on parental authorisation). A girls' hostel is on the trust's roadmap; for now, girl students attend as day-scholars or with their own local arrangements — talk to admissions if you need help finding safe accommodation in the area.
The mess serves three meals a day with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Annual mess fee is ₹36,000.
